Retro

Really short post, just wanted to spit one of these out while I'm catching my breath between drawing "Justice" and "Hopefully Temporary" I was taking a look at project the Sugar Gamers are working on and felt some inspiration. More to come.

Summer & Chewy

So this is Chewy, Summers 4 years old brother and partner in crime in the short "Temporary". The two investigate an X-Files series of mysteries in their neighborhood. Chewy has undergone a transformation before the story begins and as you may notice from the pictures is an orange raccoon. Summers priority is to change him back but has no idea where to start looking while Chewy really couldn't care one way or the other.

Who's still reading these?

Despite me hating the whole dual weapon forward slash, here it is. With a khopesh maybe, an axe? Risky. Don't see enough khopesh used as a weapon. So funky looking. Any how, what I've been listening to drawing this out today:

Forgot to make a title

Here's an actual attempt at yesterdays pic. I thought they didn't play songs on the the radio that had any relative nature or meaning behind them anymore. Like this one as much as I could like pop.

Chandelier
Party girls don't get hurt
Can't feel anything, when will I learn?
I push it down, push it down

I'm the one "for a good time call"
Phone's blowin' up, ringin' my doorbell
I feel the love, feel the love

1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, drink
1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, drink
1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, drink

Throw 'em back 'til I lose count

I'm gonna swing from the chandelier, from the chandelier
I'm gonna live like tomorrow doesn't exist
Like it doesn't exist
I'm gonna fly like a bird through the night, feel my tears as they dry
I'm gonna swing from the chandelier, from the chandelier

But I'm holding on for dear life, won't look down, won't open my eyes
Keep my glass full until morning light, 'cause I'm just holding on for tonight
Help me, I'm holding on for dear life, won't look down, won't open my eyes
Keep my glass full until morning light, 'cause I'm just holding on for tonight
On for tonight

Sun is up, I'm a mess
Gotta get out now, gotta run from this
Here comes the shame, here comes the shame

On for tonight
'Cause I'm just holding on for tonight
Oh, I'm just holding on for tonight
On for tonight
On for tonight
'Cause I'm just holding on for tonight
'Cause I'm just holding on for tonight
Oh, I'm just holding on for tonight
On for tonight
On for tonight
